O.M.G. Ossola Marmi e Graniti exclusively processes natural stones sourced from carefully selected extraction sites, specializing in materials from the quarries of the Ossola Valley.
The company has recently expanded its facilities with the opening of a new production hub. This covered space of over 5,000 sqm, set within a total area of 20,000 sqm, is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery designed to meet growing market demand and enhance productivity.
Polisher
The new facility features next-generation machinery with automated loading and unloading systems. These advanced technologies improve production flow, enhance working conditions for operators, and efficiently organize cut materials, preparing them directly for packaging.
The expansion of the production hub, combined with the presence of the Crevoladossola quarry—the world’s only source of the prestigious Palissandro® marble—sets the Gruppo Tosco Marmi apart. This combination of cutting-edge technology, product exclusivity, and sustainable processes strengthens the Group’s competitiveness in the stone industry, ensuring an effective response to the challenges of an ever-evolving market.
Block selection and cutting
Marble blocks are transported to specialized workshops and processing facilities. Here, state-of-the-art machinery, such as band saws, diamond wire saws, and large-diameter discs, cut the blocks into thin slabs, ideal for construction projects.
Sawing
According to customer requirements, the slabs can be further shaped, sculpted, or customized with tailored processing.
Finishes
The slabs are refined through various surface treatments, each providing a unique texture and appearance.
Design
O.M.G. Ossola Marmi e Graniti works alongside designers, architects, and stone contractors to conceive and create unique finished products, custom-designed to meet the specific needs of each project.
